Summer Strength & Conditioning Program

 
Our Summer Strength & Conditioning Program is designed for ALL JUNIOR HIGH AND HIGH SCHOOL athletes and will help them get stronger, quicker, and faster.  Run by our very own coaches, our Summer Strength & Conditioning Program includes lifting weights, speed & agility drills, plyometrics, and conditioning. 

We NEED all athletes wishing to participate in any of our athletic programs to be a part of our Summer Strength & Conditioning Program. This is a time when you get to work out with your fellow athletes, motivating one another, and working together to get ready for the upcoming year.
 
  • Open to all HIGH SCHOOL (incoming 9th - 12th grade) and JUNIOR HIGH (incoming 6th - 8th grade) athletes.
  • The 2017 Summer Strength & Conditioning Program will be held from June 5 - July 20.  No workouts will be held the week of July 3 - 7.

  • The REQUIRED Registration/Consent form and payment must be turned in before athlete can participate.  The fee is for the entire program (no matter how many workouts athlete attends).
